At Broken Things Farm, we believe that quality mental healthcare should be accessible to all. We are working hard to pursue all avenues to create accessibility and equity. Please reach out with questions, concerns or opportunities to achieve this goal.

We offer free 15 minute consultations to determine if we are the right fit for you. If that is not us, we would love to help point you in the right direction.

Insurance

We are in network with the following insurance carriers:

While we are not in-network with all insurance plans, I am happy to provide you with a Super Bill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We are working to become in network with Cigna and United Health Care, we will let you know when this becomes available.

Self Pay

If you do not have insurance, or choose not to use your insurance benefits the following rates apply:

Initial Intake Appointment (60 minutes): $180
Individual Therapy Sessions (50-55 minutes): $150
Couples/Family Therapy Sessions (50-55 minutes) : $150
ADHD/Autism Assessment: starting at $600
Evaluations and letters for gender-affirming care is always offered at no cost.

We also offer a number of sliding scale spots available through Open Path Collective. Please reach out if cost is a barrier to receiving services.

Assessment

We provide comprehensive assessment for individuals 15 and older for Autism and ADHD. Normal insurance rates apply for this assessment and will be discussed at the initial intake appointment. We believe that assessment and diagnosis should be accessible and not cost-prohibitive. Typically, this is covered under your insurance, but we will discuss the process together. Please reach out with questions.

Consultation and Advocacy

We provide coaching and consultation for Neurodivergent folx, disabled individuals, and their families while navigating resources, the school system or other needs. We also provide consultation for schools.

Consultation fees begin at $300 and are on a case by case basis, depending on what is needed. Please reach out for more information or if cost is a barrier to receiving services.

Cancellation policy

Broken Things Farm and Therapy requires 24 hours to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to an appointment will be charged $75 to the card that is on file for the missed session.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
- Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
- Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
