Allegra Ali-Martinez, LMFTA (she/her)
Shaped by experiences of neurodivergence, queerness, and multiculturalism in the rural Midwest, Allegra has long understood the need for safe, affirming spaces. After studying Sociology at East Carolina University and earning her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella, she now works with individuals, couples, and families. Allegra deeply believes we are shaped by what we carry—both chosen and not—and she is passionate about helping clients decide what to hold onto and what it’s time to release.
